The Toothpick Loose Screw Fix

Loose screws in cabinets and doors are extremely common.
Instead of replacing the entire hinge, try this classic repair trick.

Insert 2–3 wooden toothpicks into the stripped screw hole with a little wood glue.
Break off the excess and let it dry for a few minutes.

Then screw the hinge back in.

The toothpicks fill the empty space and help the screw grip tightly again.
