10 min Inner Thigh Workout | Burn Inner Thigh Fat (No Jumping)

with the rest of the community so smash that like button subscribe and let's get started we've got three sets today in 19 exercises 30 seconds on and 0 to 10 seconds off who are starting with triangle leg lifts hold onto your left leg and go like sorry and

lift your right leg if you can't reach your left ankle is totally fine just hold onto your left knee [Music] now get into a side plank position with the right leg bent and leave your left leg to the side followed by a kick you can also raise your

left arm like so so you're working your core at the same time [Music] have your left leg crossed in front of your right leg and do some circles you're gonna feel the burn in your inner thigh just keep pushing through guys you got this [Music] stay in the

same position and use your left knee to draw some circles make sure you use your inner thigh to do the movement halfway through the first set not long to go guys [Music] you're doing great guys stay where you are and using your right leg you'll join a u-shape

as best as you can it doesn't have to be a perfect u-shape just do your best here your inner thighs should be burning right now [Music] stay where you are again Bend your left leg and try to touch the ground as fast as you can this works the

[Music] [Music] [Music] a quick 5 seconds break here and we're doing some inner side circles lay on your hips with your foot across your knee and do some circles well halfway through the workout guys just keep going this will be over in no time [Music] bent knees circles

are next just as before we are drawing circles using your inner thigh muscle [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] now on to you lips where you are drawing a u-shape similar to before make sure you are focusing on your inner thighs doing these exercises [Music] knee touches are next keep

pushing through guys not long to go [Music] next we've got a heel press followed by a leg lift last exercise off the set guys and let's finish this [Music] great well guys onto the final set lay flat on your back and got broke bent bend your knees like
